North Jakarta Government received developer's obligation in form of lands from PT. Wilhara Prima Realty worth Rp 1.2 trillion.

North Jakarta Assistant for Economy and Development (Asekbang), Suroto mentioned, the land is for drainage and water management, road, penyempurna hijau umum (phu) and penyempurna hijau taman (pht) lands which located in Gading Batavia, Kelapa Gading Barat Urban Village, Kelapa Gading Sub-district.
"Total land reaches 28,282 square meters worth of Rp 1.26 trillion," he stated after signing record of transfer (BAST) at North Jakarta Mayor Office, Monday (11/15).

"Of course, we ask the regional technical organization (OPD) to act quickly in managing social/public facilities from the developer thus they are not snatched away and used by irresponsible parties," he said.
Meanwhile, PT. Wilhara Prima Realty President Director, Handoyo conveyed his gratitude to North Jakarta Government for facilitating the handover of assets today.
"Thank you for facilitating today's event. We are happy to be able to fulfill this obligation, hopefully it can be used for wider community," he expressed.
