Jakpro Wins Mitra Bakti Husada K3 Office Award

PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) won Mitra Bakti Husada K3 Office award from Ministry of Health for BUMN/BUMD offices category for its commitment to handling and overcoming COVID-19.

This award is given to the best institution that carries out COVID-19 transmission prevention

Jakpro Corporate Secretary Division Head, Nadia Diposanjoyo said, Jakpro won the award from total 172 ministries/agencies as well as BUMNs and BUMDs throughout Indonesia which assessed by Ministry of Health.

According to her, PT. Jakpro (Perseroda) implemented the regulations based on Minister of Health's Decree (KMK) No. 328/2020 in preventing COVID-19 transmission in office environment.

"This award is given to the best institution that carries out COVID-19 transmission prevention. Thank God, PT. Jakpro (Perseroda) has remained consistent in carrying out prevention method and reporting it for more than 1.5 years since the beginning of pandemic in capital city," she conveyed, Monday (11/15).

She explained, Jakpro issued policies and real effective movements for handling COVID-19 pandemic in office environment by establishing COVID-19 prevention procedures based on company's standard operating procedures (SOP), making COVID-19 self-assessment for employees who are exposed to virus, and creating special 3T format (testing, tracing, and treatment) for employees who are confirmed positive.

Besides, Jakpro also monitored condition of all employees, both those who were working from home (WFH) or working from office (WFO) using Call Tree System method every day.

"Through this method, all divisions and work units can receive reports from their work teams thus later it can be reported to management and directors on regular basis," she added.

The company also used Talenta application to monitor employee's location as well as deliver the latest news and regulations applied during pandemic.

Moreover, Jakpro also made various efforts to assist all related parties, especially government in carrying out prevention and treatment, including to hold town hall meeting with various themes to raise awareness about COVID-19.

"We also built hand washing facilities and distributed masks as our contribution in handling COVID-19 for the surrounding community, making self-recovery unit and self-isolation shelter at Jakarta LRT, screening convalescent blood donors and accelerating vaccination program for general public," she mentioned.

Furthermore, all Jakpro Group employees and most employees' families had been fully vaccinated in order to accelerate vaccination program in Jakarta.

"PT. Jakpro (Perseroda) plays an active role in helping government carry out constitutional mandate to be present to provide benefits to its citizens," she expressed.

She stated, various efforts to prevent COVID-19 transmission made all Jakpro employees to be able to adapt to the current pandemic situation. However, the management always remind employees not to be carried away by excessive euphoria that pandemic will end soon, especially when they have been fully vaccinated.

"We are grateful and appreciate contribution of all parties in PT. Jakpro during the new normal. Moreover, number of policies carried out by company have proven to be effective in increasing key performance index (KPI) of PT. Jakpro. The indicator is that workload efficiency is maintained and productivity in order to meet the targets will continue as planned," she closed.
