Central Jakarta Education II Sub-agency Head, Uripasih expressed, four schools were chosen to hold vaccination today, namely SDN Cempaka Putih Timur 03 Pagi, SDN 09 Johar Baru, SDN Harapan Mulya 01 and SDN Kenari 01.
"In total, we serve about 326 students to receive vaccine," she expressed, when she monitored vaccination at SDN Cempaka Putih 03 Pagi.

To success it, her sub-agency involved the sub-district puskesmas. Before it started, the schools had sent an invitation letter to parents of students for getting vaccinated.
SDN Cempaka Putih 03 Pagi Principal, Hesty Rahayuningsih added, vaccination would be provided until Wednesday (12/15). Today, there were about 176 participants.
"For today, the vaccine is given to 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students. Tomorrow, we'll focus on 1st and 2nd grade and maybe many parents accompany them," she explained.
She went on to say that students must be in good health, have no history of illness and have no sense of compulsion. This vaccination also applied strict health protocols in order to avoid crowds.
One of parents, Lia (34) supported the vaccination for students to smoothen face-to-face learning at school. Moreover, she was not worried about Sinovac vaccine giving to her daughter.
"This is for the sake of children's health and the success of face-to-face learning, including government programs, so I agree with giving vaccinations for elementary school students," she admitted.
