Appreciated by Metro Jaya Police Chief, Bank DKI Guarantees Excellent Service for Customers

Bank DKI welcomed the appreciation of Metro Jaya Police Chief, Inspector General of Police Fadil Imran for Bank DKI services at Samsat Polda Metro Jaya.

Bank DKI Secretary, Herry Djufraini stated, this appreciation encouraged Bank DKI to provide better services to the community, especially for customers.

Regarding the news related to Bank D KI system, he said that burglary case at Bank DKI ATM worth 50 billion occurred in 2019. This incident was immediately reported by Bank DKI to Shareholders, OJK and BPK. Furthermore, Bank DKI had reported the perpetrators to Polda Metro Jaya to be processed further according to applicable law.

"Perpetrators have been detained at the Polda Metro Jaya while the case file has been submitted to Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office and the trial is currently underway," he mentioned.

Previously, Polda Metro Jaya appreciated excellent service of Bank DKI. It was conveyed directly by Metro Jaya Police Chief, Inspector General Police Fadil Imran when he visited Bank DKI Service Office located in Metro Jaya Police Integrated Center (SPKT) Building, Friday (12/17).

At that time, he appreciated two security guards who served there, namely Sandi Salahudin and Wahyudin. He assessed that those two officers were friendly to taxpayers who wanted to pay their taxes at service office. The compliments didn't stop there. He wanted to learn about Bank DKI security guards on how to serve well.

"I want to learn how to serve well, how to be make their hair neat and shiny, it is okay to learn from security guards," he expressed.
