Monitoring PTM Implementation, Schools in East Jakarta Asked to Fill Google Forms

In order to facilitate 100 percent face-to-face learning (PTM) activity in schools, East Jakarta Region I Education Sub-agency distributed Google Forms to schools to find out the existing problems and solutions.

Because our personnel is limited, we have created Google Forms for online monitoring

Not only using Google Forms, East Jakarta Region I Education Sub-agency Head, Linda Romauli Siregar stated that her side also monitored the schools directly.  

According to her, the use of Google Forms application makes the monitoring process easier because there are many schools in the region.

"Because our personnel is limited, we have created Google Forms for online monitoring thus schools can still provide reports, although all supervisors go to the field," she mentioned, Tuesday (1/4).

With Google Forms, her side hoped that school can quickly fill out any questions they face. Because it is important for improvement and evaluation in the future considering that PTM is still in adjustment period.

"We will evaluate every problem in school during PTM implementation. Because it is impossible for our personnel to visit one school at a time since there are so many schools in the region," she closed.
