Drainage Development and Improvement Division Head, Tengku Saugi Zikri admitted, the development was delayed, because of frequent heavy rains and utility cables at the work site.

"The work process just connects crossing with channel on Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai. There are six meters at two crossing points that must be completed to be connected with channel on Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai," he explained, after the monitoring meeting and evaluation led by Economic and Development Division Assistant, Kusmanto at East Jakarta Mayor Office, Friday (1/7).
