North Jakarta Mayor Tests Out Tracks for UBER Run 2022

North Jakarta Mayor, Ali Maulana Hakim conducted a direct trial on tracks for the upcoming UBER (Utara Berlari) Run 2022 for 10K event, which aims to celebrate the Jakarta's 495th anniversary on June 12, 2022.

At the location, he was accompanied by the ranks of the North Jakarta administration and the runner community to test out tracks from North Jakarta Mayor Office - Jalan Yos Sudarso - Peti Kemas Tanjung Priok Port - Jalan RE Martadinata - Karnaval Ancol Beach.

"We just want to make sure the track is safe and comfortable, including its cleanliness and beauty. Later on, thousand runners participate in the event," he expressed, Sunday (1/16).

Jakarta Provincial Government Runners Celebrate its 2nd Anniversary

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, every runner should comply with health protocol rules during the event.

"We also prepared several alternatives, including making different tracks at several start and finish lines to minimize crowds when participants buildup or exceed the target," he stated.
