Jakartans, Beware of 289 Damaged Roads

According to our latest data, 289 out of 655 roads in five urban cities have not been repaired

For those of you who are motorcyclists should be extra careful while spurring the vehicle on the street in the capital. This is because, as many as 289 points damaged roads spread in five urban cities.

Head of Road Maintenance and Bridge Section, Jakarta Public Works Department, Juani Yusuf disclosed 655 roads in the capital are damaged. Most of them are located in Central Jakarta (173 points), West Jakarta (171 points), East Jakarta (124 points), North Jakarta (100 points), and South Jakarta (87 points).

He revealed his has repaired damaged roads yet all have not been finished. "According to our latest data, 289 out of 655 roads in five urban cities have not been repaired," he told, Thursday (12/4).

Nevertheless, he is optimistic the rest damaged roads will repaired in the near future. "It will finish at the end of this year," he targeted.
