Those Child and Youth Care cards were symbolically handed over by East Jakarta Administration and People's Welfare Assistant, Ahmad Salahudin, accompanied by East Jakarta Social Sub-agency Head, Purwono, and Cakung Sub-district Head, Fajar Eko Satrio, to two children in the Cakung Sub-district office yard.

According to Salahudin, it is a form of the Jakarta administration's concern to lighten the burden on the victim's family. He said the money would be disbursed two weeks after the card was handed over.
