Transjakarta - Food Station Talks Employee Welfare Cooperation

PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (FSTJ), unlocked cooperation with PT Transport Jakarta (Transjakarta) to improve the welfare of Transjakarta employees, on Thursday (2/10).

This is a proud record

It was marked by the signing of the Food Supply Cooperation Agreement for Transjakarta Employees between PT FSTJ President Director, Pamrihadi Wiraryo, and PT Transjakarta President Director, Mochammad Yana Aditya at GBK Hall, Transjakarta Head Office, Cawang, East Jakarta.

PT FSTJ President Director, Pamrihadi Wiraryo said, his party was collaborating with various parties, such as government agencies, private sectors, and BUMDs in maintaining food security in Jakarta.

The collaboration itself is the implementation of a program made by PT FSTJ called Berkawan (Beras Karyawan BUMD).

He revealed the number of PT Transjakarta employees who participated in the Berkawan program was 6,010 out of 6,100 total employees. Meanwhile, the number of Jakarta BUMD employees was 14,245 people.

"This is a proud record. Because through today's signing, PT Transjakarta employees are the most involved in the program," he concluded.

As one of the BUMD food, his party was assigned to provide food needs in Jakarta. Therefore, his party continues to cooperate from upstream to downstream.

"Aside from helping the absorption of Food Stations, this program also absorbs rice from farmers in various production centers," he said.

PT Transjakarta President Director, Mochammad Yana Aditya added the collaboration was also a follow-up to the collective labor agreement that his company had made with the previous union.

In its agreement, one of which was regulated the rights and obligations of employees, as well as efforts to improve employee welfare for the period 2021-2023.

He explained all Transjakarta employees would receive the 5-kg rice per person every month. This cooperation is valid until December 31, 2022.

"They will receive an SMS notification informing them that they are entitled to receive rice assistance," he expressed.

He assessed that the collaboration with PT FSTJ is a tangible form of providing food needs to employees. It is also a form of collaboration between BUMDs in improving the welfare of employees in the transportation sector, especially Transjakarta.

"This collaboration is the first time. Hopefully, it can have a positive impact on each party," he hoped.
