PT Transjakarta Launches Three Innovative Services

PT Transjakarta has launched three innovative services for its 8th-anniversary celebration. Those services are namely Tije Locker, Tije Power, and Free WiFi.

PT Transjakarta President Director Welfizon Yuza said the Covid-19 pandemic since 2020 had provided lessons and required his company to respond quickly to changes. Thus, the situation forced Transjakarta to quickly make adjustments.

"Another lesson is the importance of synergy and collaboration in facing challenges. This is in line with the company's values, namely, BISA (Bahagia, Inovatif, Semangat, dan Amanah) means happy, innovative, enthusiastic, and trustworthy," he expressed, Sunday (3/27).

He explained Bahagia means a form of commitment from the ranks of PT Transjakarta to work to create customer happiness.

Inovatif means having a value in working continuously to develop the company to create the best integration services.

"Semangat means having values to keep being motivated to achieve excellence. And lastly, Amanah means containing meaning in togetherness to advance the city of Jakarta," he explained.

During its eight years of existence, the company never stops trying to satisfy and provide the best service for customers.

"Every year we always continue to learn to complete assignments from the Jakarta administration and meet customer needs and expectations," he explained.

Moreover, in the future, his party had the task of creating an integrated transportation service known as the JakLingko system.

PT Transjakarta is one of the important sub-systems in the JakLingko system in realizing a transportation system that can reach 95 percent of the population in the capital.

"Meets all customer travel needs from the first to the last mile. This service is here for various needs such as work, school, and so forth," he furthered.

PT Transjakarta's Service and Development Director Ahmad Izzul Waro added the three new services launched were the result of collaboration.

Tije Locker service provides locker facilities in the bus stop area for customers who want to store their luggage.

While Tije Power is a facility to provide convenience for customers who need to charge their cell phone batteries at some bus stops.

"Customers who need both services simply scan the QR code at the facilities of each of the new services via the Tije application," he added.

Moreover, they can also enjoy non-stop WiFi access at the bus stop with a speed of 20 Mbps.

"This is free of charge. it's been officially accessed today," he stated.

As for the information, there was also the handover of ISO 14001, 37001, and ISO 9001 standardization certificates for PT Transjakarta from the BSI Group. These certificates were handed over directly to PT BSI Group Indonesia Commercial Director Nolia Natalia.
