As many as 194 AKAP buses have undergone ramp checks held at Kampung Rambutan Bus Terminal, East Jakarta from April 17 to 5, 2022. It aims to give safety for residents who will take homecoming using public transport vehicles.

This is for the sake of mutual safety and comfort

Pulo Gadung Motor Vehicle Test Management Unit (UP PKB) Sub-agency Head Fatchuri expressed that it was done randomly by a joint team from the Transportation Ministry's Greater Jakarta Transportation Agency (BPTJ) with the ranks of the Transportation Agency, especially Pulo Gadung UP PKB.

From April 5 to 17, 2022, 184 vehicles passed the ramp check, while ten failed or were not roadworthy. Thus, they had to stop the operation.

"Vehicles who pass are given a sticker. For those who fail must stop operating, this is for the sake of mutual safety and comfort," he said, Monday (4/18).

He added the same action will also be carried out on D-7 until D+10.
