Kembangan Selatan Urban Village Head Aryan Safari said the cleaning was aimed at anticipating inundation when it rained.

"We pick up the sand, mud, and garbage that clog the drains," he expressed, Thursday (4/21).

For optimal results, they removed every concrete drain cover on the sidewalk.

"They also cut grass and trees around the location," he stated.
