Cempaka Putih Sub-district Bina Marga Unit Head Reza Febiyanto conveyed the street gutters had a length of 1.2 meters and a width of 0.8 meters.

"We clean the street gutters first, then repair the damaged parts using cement and sand," he explained.

To prevent inundation on the road, he expected this cleaning would accelerate water flow from the road to side drains.

"This is also conducted thus people are comfortable using the road," he mentioned.
