Currently, Transjakarta is operating with normal capacity by implementing health protocols according to Public Activity Restrictions (PPKM), such as wearing masks, and showing COVID-19 vaccination certificates either through the PeduliLindungi application or JAKI or other official documents digitally or printed.
In addition, customers were also required to have their body temperature measured before entering bus stop gates and were not allowed to speak directly or by telephone.
