Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commission C Member Dimas Raditya Soesetyo hopes the ninth race series of E-Prix in Jakarta will have a significant impact on the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) sector.

Therefore, he asked the organizing committee to allocate some of the sales booths for MSMEs, especially MSMEs from North Jakarta.

"We have tried to communicate it to the organizing committee," he expressed, Saturday (5/21).

Regarding his request, his party will immediately schedule a meeting with the organizing committee for the Jakarta E-Prix 2022 to support and assist the empowerment of the people's economy by accommodating MSMEs or jakpreneurs.

Even so, his side expected the public to understand that the organizing committee had business responsibilities thus the Jakarta E-Prix could generate profits.

"Not all the sales booths are for MSMEs. It could be that some sales booths are for business partners and some for MSMEs," he mentioned.
