W. Jakarta Already Improved 442 Damaged Roads

West Jakarta Public Works for Road Sub-Department has improved a total of 442 points out of 559 points damaged roads in West Jakarta. Meanwhile, the rests 117 roads are expected to be repaired in 2015.

West Jakarta Head of Sub-dept. of Public Works for Road, Sukowibowo said, the repair of 117 road points is constrained due to the time limit. He also can not confirm about the roads repair can be included into the 2015 budget or not. The reason, improvement program in 2015 is not changed.

"We have no more time since the budget amendment was agreed on November 10, 2014 ago," he said, Friday (12/19).

However, added Sukowibowo, his side will struggle to repair the remaining 117 points of damaged roads in 2015. According to him, the working depends on budget.

Sukowibowo admitted, the budget remains at Rp 260 billion. The additional of city government budget as much as Rp 200 billion will be used to repair the road with priority scale.

"There has been no information from the Regional Secretary regarding the budget. we still waiting the confirmation first," he disclosed.
