The North Jakarta Government has started to socialize registration for Jakpreneur in all related sub-agencies as a realization of the Jakarta Government Regional Strategic Activity (KSD) in an integrated entrepreneurship coaching and development program.

They just need to register via website and fill the requested data, namely ID card (KTP), family card (KK), email, and mobile phone

North Jakarta Acting Secretary Assistant for Economy and Development (Plt) Ardan Solihin encouraged related sub-agencies to convey information about Jakpreneur registration to RT/RW administrators and disseminate it to residents, especially those who have businesses.

The result of this socialization, he continued, would be submitted to the North Jakarta Mayor's Economy Section at the latest on June 17.

"The registration process opens in June. People who want to be entrepreneurs can register at https://jakpreneur.jakarta.go.id or come directly to the sub-district office," he explained, Tuesday (6/7).

North Jakarta Industry, Trade, Cooperative, Small Medium Enterprise (PPKUKM) Sub-agency Head Yati Sudiharti said that 4,759 Jakpreneurs were targeted to be recruited for job seekers, novice entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurs who want to advance.

"The requirements are easy. They just need to register via the website and fill in the requested data, namely ID card (KTP), family card (KK), email, and mobile phone. If the prospective participants are still having problems with the registration, they can meet the mentors who are ready to help at the sub-district office," she explained.

According to her, it is also open to people who do not have a Jakarta ID card by fulfilling requirements such as having lived in Jakarta for at least two years and attaching a domicile certificate from the urban village head.
