She explained most visitors are from Jakarta, Tangerang, Depok, Bogor, Bekasi, Bandung, Garut, Bali, Sumatera and Kalimantan. "Foreign tourist also packed our site. Hopefully, they impressed after visiting the Monas," she stated.

Nia Arnita (21), one of visitors from Garut admitted it is her first time visited Monas. According to her, besides cheap, the place is also full of historical value.
"All this time, I just read about history via internet. But here (Monas), I can see and read a proclamation text directly," she told.
