Dishub: Today, HI Roundabout Traffic Diversion Trial at 4 PM

The Jakarta Transportation (Dishub) Agency plans to implement a traffic diversion trial in HI Roundabout, Jalan MH Thamrin, Central Jakarta from July 3 to 10, 2022, which aims to parse congestion and traffic conflicts.

The diversion from South to East is limited by the priority of Transjakarta buses and VVIP groups

Dushub Head Syafrin Liputo said the traffic diversion will be applied from 4 PM to 9 PM.

"The diversion from South to East is limited by the priority of Transjakarta buses and VVIP groups," he expressed, Monday (7/4).

Here is the detail:

- Motorists passing over the South to the East are diverted via Jalan M.H. Thamrin and turned back at the Horse Statue Roundabout or the Ministry of Transportation

- Then from the East to the West or North would be directed to turn left via Jalan Jenderal Sudirman - turn back at Landmark Kolong Sudirman - Jalan Galunggung - turn left to Kupingan BNI - Jalan Jenderal Sudirman and so on

“We hope that road users can adjust to the diversions, obey the traffic signs, instructions from officers and prioritize road safety," he stated.
