The Seribu Islands Regency Administration is ready to prepare around 35 Qurbani animals on Idul Adha (Day of Sacrifice).
We make sure all the sacrificial animals sent to each island are free from foot-and-mouth (FMD) diseases
Seribu Islands Vice Regent Muhammad Fadjar Churniawan said the 35 Qurbani animals consisted of 25 goats and nine cows. These animals were obtained from Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
"They will be sent to 11 residential islands tomorrow using traditional boats through the Kali Adem Port, Penjaringan, North Jakarta," he expressed, Wednesday (7/6).
