The Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency (Disparekraf) promotes golf tourism to four major cities in Asia during the 2022 Jakarta Golf Roadshow Asia event.

The characteristics of golf tourists are different than other tourists, as they have a length of stay and quality of spending six times greater than tourists. the 2022 Jakarta Golf Roadshow Asia began with a business meeting at Lotte Hotel Seoul on August 5.
Then continued with exhibitions at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club on August 7 and Singapore's Orchid Country Club on August 21.
This event was slated to be closed with a business meeting at the Tokyo Metropolitan Ikebukuro Hotel on August 25, 2022.
Those activities were realized in collaboration with golf course managers in and around Jakarta, namely the Royale Jakarta Golf Club, Emeralda Golf Course, Rainbow Hill, and Gunung Geulis Country Club represented by the General Managers of each golf course.
It was also attended by delegates consisting of hotel managers and travel agencies specializing in Golf Tourism, namely The Darmawangsa, Four Seasons Jakarta Hotel, Ashley Hotel, Accor/Mercure, The Orient Hotel, Artotel Group, Marc Travel Service, Multi Holiday Travel, Baltic Tour and Travel, White Horse Group, and others.
