The Tambora Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Executing Unit is building access roads for pedestrians on the Duri Bangkit Connecting Channel (Phb).
Agus Purwanto, Executing Unit Head of Tambora Sub-district SDA said that the access road was made from Jalan Kalianyar and Jalan Jembatan Besi towards Duri Train Station or vice versa.

His party is also making 16 units of drainage controls in order to help workers to maintain the channel.
At the location, as many as 35 workers are seen installing a concrete slab retaining drain cover.
"It has been carried out since early August and is targeted for completion by the end of this month," he added.
Hopefully, it could create a sense of security and comfort for pedestrians.
