Parekraf Agency Promotes Jakpreneur Products at U20 Summit

The Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency (Parekraf) has involved MSMEs or Jakpreneur in the U20 Mayor Summit 2022 event at Fairmont Hotel, Central Jakarta from August 30 to 31, 2022. Those MSMEs are namely Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa and Charisma Supermarket Fesyen Aksesoris.

Marketing and Attraction Division Head Hari Wibowo said Jakprenuer was involved as a means of promoting their superior products and introduced them to U20 delegates, where Jakarta has tourism industry partners who are ready to compete in the global market.

On that occasion, the Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa introduced body and beauty care products using natural and traditional ingredients. As for the Charisma Supermarket Fesyen Aksesoris offered souvenirs typical of Jakarta.

Through U20 Mayor Summit, his party would introduce Indonesia, especially Jakarta which has strong cultural roots but remains flexible in facing global challenges.

Moreover, Jakarta wanted to become a city that is on par with developed cities in the world but still pays attention to the value of cultural roots.

On the other hand, the international forum was also held to explore the potential of Jakpreneurs thus they could show off again in the upcoming national and international events.
