Dukcapil Agency Head Receives Nawacita Awards 2022

Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil) Head, Budi Awaluddin, received the Nawacita Awards 2022. The award was handed over directly by Law and Human Rights (Menkumham) Minister, Yasonna Laoly at a hotel in Kuningan, South Jakarta.

The minister who is also Nawacita Post Indonesia Board of Trustees Chairman, Yasonna Laoly said that this award is a form of appreciation to the leaders for their success in implementing Nawacita values.

"Nawacita Award is divided into nine categories with three winners in each category. The nine categories refer to the Nawacita goals and programs," she expressed, Saturday (10/29).

She hoped that it could trigger the growth of figures, national leaders, groups, or individuals who are willing to sacrifice, fight sincerely, and make a positive contribution to progress and prosperity.

"I want many figures to grow the nation's confidence in the eyes of the world," she stated.

Dukcapil Agency Head, Budi Awaluddin expressed his gratitude for the attention to the Dukcapil Agency through the giving of the Nawacita Awards 2022.

"I'm grateful to receive this award for the Regional Development category with Central Java Governor, Ganjar Pranowo, and Dharmasraya Regent, Sutan Riska Tuanku Kerajaan," he expressed.

According to him, the Nawacita Awards, which is the embodiment of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi)'s development program, will motivate all ranks in the Dukcapil Agency.

"We have a goal of providing a happy and enjoyable service to the community. We will continue to provide the best service in service," he explained.

His agency is going to provide speed and convenience of population administration services to the community.

"There are innovations that we will soon realize utilizing the sophistication of Metaverse technology. It will be a world first for public services," he explained.

Meanwhile, the Jury Team who is also the Commerce and Industry Indonesian Chamber Deputy Chairperson, Sarman Simanjorang explained one of the assessments to give the Nawacita Awards to Dukcapil Agency Head, Budi Awaluddin, was an innovation made.

"The Adminduk service in Jakarta is very good, fast and it will greatly facilitate our society. It is this extraordinary innovation that we see that the Dukcapil Agency Head deserves to receive the Nawacita Awards in the Regional Development category," he stated.
