Jakarta KPID Vice Chairman, Rizky Wahyuni said the JBeX event is held to introduce the digitalization of broadcasting to the public, especially televisions in Jakarta and Indonesia.

That's why we hold this event, where one of the goals is to provide sufficient information to the public regarding broadcasting digitization. Because usually when we talk about digital, people only know digital internet," he expressed, in a written statement, Wednesday (11/2).

This JBeX event was realized in collaboration with broadcasting stakeholders together to create a society that cares about broadcasting in Jakarta. It consisted of various series of activities, including a Broadcasting Exhibition, Declaration of Broadcasting Concerned Society, Broadcasting Extension Training Training, Broadcasting Literacy and Seminars, Cerdas Cerdas Cermat (Presenter Coaching and Competition), P3SPS (Broadcasting Behavior Guidelines and Broadcast Program Standards), as well as a stage. entertainment.

As for the information, the digitization of broadcasting will be marked by the termination of analog TV broadcasts or ASO (Analog Switch Off) to subsequently switch to digital TV broadcasting. The deadline is by Law Number 11/2020 on Job Creation, which is November 2, 2022.
