City, RRI Ink Deal to Share about Disaster Awareness

The Jakarta Provincial Government continues to establish synergy with various parties, including broadcasters, to inform development programs and policies.

RRI will participate in socializing the entire work program of the Jakarta Government

One of these collaborations is realized with Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) as a government-owned broadcasting agency.

Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono said besides work programs and policies, RRI would be the provincial government's partner in conveying information related to disaster awareness.

"RRI will participate in socializing the entire work program of the Jakarta Government," he expressed, Thursday (11/10).

He added that strengthening micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and poverty alleviation efforts would also be socialized through RRI

"Thank you for working with us," he explained.

Regional Cooperation Bureau Head, Marulina Dewi Mutiara uttered that RRI is a partner of the Jakarta Government in reporting or providing socialization and education to the public in various ways.

"Cooperation with RRI will be strengthened. RRI has tremendous potential to socialize all government programs to the public," she exclaimed.

Shortly, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Cooperation Agreement (PKS) will be signed.

"For the MoU script, is more about an intention to work together. As for the PKS text will regulate technical matters, which are expected to be agreed upon and signed this month," she said.
