The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) has called on the public about the rain with light to heavy intensity in the afternoon.
"Be aware of rain accompanied by lightning in short duration which falls in parts of West Jakarta, East Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and South Jakarta in the late afternoon," stated BMKG's official site.

Seeing this condition, residents are urged to be aware of changes in the weather that might occur.
At night, all regions will see cloudy, except Central Jakarta which sees light rain.
Entering dawn, most areas will see rain with light intensity.
Jakarta's temperature today ranges from 24 to 29 degrees Celsius with humidity around 75 to 95 percent.
