Visit TMII, Here is Heru's Hope for Jakarta in 2023

We're all united in protecting diversity

The New Year's 2023 celebration at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) held by the Jakarta Provincial Government took place lively. Various performances by well-known bands such as The Bagindas, Mocca, Fourtwnty, and Xstar made the atmosphere even more lively on the main stage at Archipelago Lake.

The excitement was even more complete with the presence of officials who are members of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) with Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono. The officials also counted down the clock to 2023.

On that occasion, the Acting Governor also wished the people of Jakarta a happy new year 2023.

"We have gone through 2022, which is full of challenges and we have gone through one of them, passing through Covid-19. How can we get past Covid-19? Because we are together, we are united, we are excited to all get through it," he stated, Sunday (1/1).

According to him, in 2023, the Forkopimda must be optimistic together in building Jakarta, as well as protecting the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) and uniting in maintaining diversity.

He also thanked the ranks of the Polda, TNI, and also all the people who had maintained calm and tranquility.

"Thank you all, until today we can take part in our activities to welcome 2023 well," he concluded.
