Various breakthroughs and innovations demonstrated by the Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil) have received appreciation from the Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD).

DPRD Commission A Member, Israyani expressed the Dukcapil Agency performance in public service from year to year was quite encouraging. For instance, the provision of population document printing machines or the Independent Civil Registry Pavilion (ADM) which makes it easier for the community.

"This really helps people who need documents quickly. Residents feel happy and don't have to wait long. We should appreciate this," she said, Wednesday (1/19).

According to her, innovation like this must be continuously developed. In the future, it is hoped that the ADM machine will not only be able to print KTP, KIA, and KK, but also KTP.

"This achievement must be maintained. We as a part will participate in socializing it. Because it involves public services that can't be postponed," she explained.

The same thing was conveyed by another member, Agustina Hermanto. He deemed the Dukcapil Agency's services to be quite satisfying because of the many innovations such as door-to-door service, Rabu Petang program, Alpukat Betawi application, and ADM.

"Talk about speed, accuracy in serving the public is sufficient. But the socialization still needs to be improved," he added.
