BPKPT Kadin Collaborates with Jakarta to Develop Integrated Property Area

Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono, received a visit from the Integrated Property Area Development Agency of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BPKPT Kadin) at Jakarta City Hall, Monday (2/13).

On that occasion, he asked them to carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with applicable regulations.

"In carrying out activities, they must comply with the applicable regulations," he expressed.

After the meeting, BPKPT Kadin Head, Budiarsa Sastrawinata said that he was ready to work with the Jakarta Provincial Government to develop an integrated property area in Jakarta.

"We're definitely ready to work with the Jakarta Government to build an integrated property area in Jakarta," he stated.

He explained that BPKPT Kadin would follow up on integrated property area development activities that were in line with the Jakarta Government program. It was because the BPKPT Kadin is basically to fill in developments that are in line and have been planned by the Jakarta Government.

"The point is what are our activities that are in line with the Jakarta Government program that we must cooperate with. Surely, the Governor reminded me that it must be in accordance with the applicable regulations, " he explained.

He added that this meeting also introduced the new management of the BPKPT kadin.

"Now Kadin has a different structure from before. It used to be called Kadin Properti, now it is BPKPT Kadin," he stated.
