In the meeting attended by hundreds of members of the National Police (POLRI), the Acting Governor asked for the support of POLRI agencies in implementing the 2023 work program of the Jakarta Provincial Government.
"I'm sure that the ranks of Polda Metro Jaya will always work in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations, use their authority with full responsibility, and increase the sense of crisis, thus they can anticipate all forms of potential disturbances to security and public order (Kamtibmas) in Jakarta," he expressed, accompanied by Polda Metro Jaya Chief, Gen. Pol. Fadil Imran and Pangdam Jaya Maj. Gen. TNI Untung Budiharto, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release.

He also appreciated Polda Metro Jaya's performance achievements which during 2022 have succeeded in resolving 32,700 out of 36,608 crimes that occurred within the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya.
In the meantime, Polda Metro Jaya Chief, Gen. Pol. Fadil Imran revealed that it was important that the meeting be held to provide additional perspectives from various parties in protecting Jakarta.
"This additional perspective is about how we move together to make Jakarta a shared home that remains safe, peaceful and comfortable. Mr. Governor, around 912 officials from the Regional Police to the Police Sector including the unit heads were present. Our meeting this afternoon is a means to improve knowledge and understanding accompanying our steps with complete data and information," he closed.
