2015 Draft APBD Already Complete

The city administration finally has sent completeness for the 2015 draft City Budget (APBD) requested by the Ministry of Home Affairs. All the flaws in the previous draft was already fixed thus the budget is expected could be quickly disbursed.

The ministry only concerned on the technical matters. We have fixed four things. They are account number, attachment of city's budget priorities and preliminary thresholds (KUA PPAS), and grant recommendation

All is complete and has been sent," City Secretary, Saefullah after he attended an executive meeting at City Hall, Monday (2/16).

Saefullah disclosed thus far his party is still waiting for approval from the ministry. "The budget is hoped can be approved this month. We just wait for the approval where it is compliance with their procedure. This is just technical problem and we had completed the flaws," he expressed.

Djarot: APBD Absorption This Year will Be Better

Former Central Jakarta Mayor acknowledged the budget sent on this day with four bundles containing recommendations from the commission meeting results in the City Council (DPRD).

"Actually, what is recommended from each commission signed by the committee reports to the council, has been accommodated," he stressed.

Yet, he continued, the city administration cannot accommodate it if it reaches the third unit.

"We refer to the circular letter from the ministry that the center council, council level one and level two are not allowed in the third unit. The unit contains programs. This is not our zone. So about policy, we have accommodated all," he explained.

He explained, the city administration has had recommendation from council chairman containing proposal from five commissions. "The recommendation has been accommodated. But it does not include on the third unit," he uttered.

He emphasized that a letter already sent to the ministry about the budget. Furthermore, the ministry's recommendation result will be submitted to the council. So there is no longer plenary meeting," he stated.

Saefullah also added the ministry did not concerned about e-budgeting system. By using e-budgeting, the every procurement will be more transparent and easier to control.

"There is no problem and its format also," he uttered.
