PT LRT Jakarta Secretary Division Head, Sheila Indira Maharshi said that the total LRT Jakarta passengers from January to December 2022 hit 687,237 passengers. In a day, the train carried 1,877 passengers.

PPKM repeal is believed to increase people's mobility, thus it has the potential to attract more passengers.
"Surely, we are very optimistic," she asserted.
Aside that, her party will soon intensify activities that can increase people's awareness to take advantage of the LRT service in Jakarta. One of them is the zombie ride 'Train to Apocalypse' at the LRT Station in August 2022.
"It has a positive impact on increasing passengers to reach 95,090 users per month. We see that the trend is that when we carry out an activation there tends to be an increase in the number of passengers," she furthered.
She added that a communication strategy via social media optimization would be carried out to support the increase in the number of LRT passengers.
"We see that the communication strategy conducted on social media and activation at stations with thematic activities has had a significant effect on passengers," she stated.
