Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono appreciates the developers who have handed over social and public welfare obligations to Jakarta Provincial Government.

It was noted that for billing for the period from January to March 2023, 18 liabilities had been successfully billed for surrendering a land area of 119,403 square meters worth Rp 1.7 trillion and construction covering an area of 77,001 square meters worth Rp 15.3 billion.
"I appreciate the developers who have submitted the obligations that must be carried out. So, every three months, we will collect them first, thus we can give encouragement and also inform the developers that we are in the process of doing this. Of course, developers also feel valued and the public knows they have completed their obligations in stages," he expressed after witnessing the Signing of the Minutes of Handover of Fulfillment of Social Facility/Fasum Obligations from SIPPT Holders to Jakarta Government at City Hall, Thursday (4/6).

He asked that he continue to collect the remaining obligations in collaboration with the related agencies.
"This is a form of Jakarta Government's commitment to increasing accountability and accelerating the fulfillment of social and public relations obligations from developers to Jakarta Government," he uttered.
On that occasion, he asked for help from the Head of Jakarta BPN Regional Office along with the Head of Land Office of five city areas to speed up the implementation of certification of the social and public welfare land that had been handed over.
"I thank the KPK for guiding everything to go well and I ask the KPK to continuously assist and strengthen the Jakarta Government in the context of completing the billing of social and public relations obligations in Jakarta," he uttered.
Jakarta Provincial Inspector, Syaefuloh Hidayat said that the 18 obligations that were successfully billed for the period January to March 2023 were handed over today marked by the signing of the minutes of the handover of social and public facilities and deed of relinquishment of rights, as a basis for transferring rights and arranging certificates on behalf of Jakarta Government.
"Further, as a manifestation of the Jakarta Government's commitment, the signing of the minutes of handing over of social and public facilities will then be carried out once every three months, the implementation of which will begin today," he said.
He added the signing of the BAST will be followed by the submission of social and public relations documents from the mayor to BPAD and submission from BPAD to SKPD users, thus social and public relations assets can be directly utilized by SKPD according to their designation, and security is maintained both physically and administratively.
"This is a form of simplification of social and public relations administration procedures which previously took between one to two years, now it can be completed on the same day, which is marked by the recording of social and public relations assets in the user's KIB SKPD," he said.
