Heru Appreciates Students with Achievements and Disabilities at City Hall

Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono together with City Secretary, Joko Agus Setyono, entertained students with achievements, disabilities, and participants in the Jakarta Provincial Education Day commemoration ceremony at Great Hall, Jakarta City Hall, Tuesday (5/2).

This is our gratitude for commemorating Hardiknas

Jakarta Education Agency Acting Head, Syaefuloh Hidayat expressed this banquet is a form of appreciation and gratitude for the Jakarta Government in welcoming the 2023 National Education Day (Hardiknas).

"There are 15 outstanding students and students with disabilities who attended the banquet at City Hall today. This is our gratitude for commemorating Hardiknas," he expressed.

Heru Encourages Education People to Educate Nation

According to him, the Acting Governor and City Secretary left a message to students to continue to study enthusiastically in order to develop the nation.

"Teachers are also expected to serve students by providing the best teaching," he asked.

In the meantime, a grade 11 student of SMAN 4 Jakarta, Olivia Askia admitted that she was happy to be selected as a participant in the 2023 Jakarta Provincial National Education Day ceremony at Silang Monas Selatan. Moreover, after attending the ceremony, she and her fellow participants also attended a banquet held by Jakarta Government.

"It is an honor for me to be selected to attend the ceremony and afterwards I was invited to a banquet," he said.

Then one of the outstanding students at the 2022 Physics Olympiad, Berwin said he felt proud and valued by the Jakarta Government. This grade 12 student of SMA 1 BPK Penabur, similar activities could be more intensified in the coming years.

"This appreciation certainly motivates us to excel in pursuing education to realize the golden generation of 2045," he stated.
