Due to illegal parking, supervision has begun to be tightened in Istiqlal Mosque area on Jalan Taman Wijaya Kusuma, Pasar Baru Urban Village, Sawah Besar Sub-district, Central Jakarta. It aims to prevent illegal parking which went viral yesterday.

We'll take strict action against illegal parking attendants

Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency Head, Wildan Anwar asserted his sub-agency together with the police would take action against illegal parking.

"We'll take strict action against illegal parking attendants. Today, we are holding a meeting with the police," he said, Monday (5/15).

He explained the location in front of the Istiqlal Mosque was currently under control and there was no illegal parking. 20 personnel of Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency were deployed to supervise the location.

He stressed the supervision in Central Jakarta is a routine agenda.

"We always strictly enforce illegal parking," he added.

Hence, if residents see the same case, they have to report it via JAKI application or CRM application or official instagram belongs to Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency.

"Report immediately if there is illegal parking, we will immediately follow up it on the report," he concluded.
