The Jakarta Library and Archives Agency (Dispusip) exhibited photos of Jakarta Tempo Dulu at Lebaran Betawi festival which took place in Monas, Central Jakarta.

Jakarta Dispusip Head, Firmansyah uttered that the photo exhibition, as well as a collection of archives and past documents were to introduce and educate the public about the history of Jakarta.
This exhibition can also be used to give visitors experience regarding the atmosphere of Jakarta in the past in the context of imagination, even though they did not see firsthand the conditions in the field at that time.
"We present photos of Jakarta and this collection of past archives and documents to educate visitors to Lebaran Betawi. Thus, people can find out what the history of Monas is like, this is just Monas and nothing else," he stated.
