Hundreds of Document Await for Ahok's Sign

In the last two days, hundreds of documents pile up on Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama's desk. The governor needs to get a day off from his activities due to dengue fever.

One of the documents comes from Home Affair Ministry, the content is about budgeting in 2016

Based on beritajakarta.com observation, at least there are four document stacks or approximately 500 documents on the desk. Those documents came from Jakarta Provincial Government, citizens complaint, and grants.

The first stack is citizens aid request, second and third are citizens complaint related to the city, and the fourth stack is the internal documents.

One of Jakarta Governor Secretariat Staffs, Maruhal asserted, there are 200 documents that have to be signed by Ahok. The documents will be summarized first by the Administration staff before submitted to the governor.

One of the documents comes from Home Affair Ministry, the content is about budgeting in 2016. The most documents content is about citizen’s complaint related to land matter, citizens aid request, and foundation proposal,” he said at the City Hall, Wednesday (3/11).

The interesting documents are in the second stack. Many citizens conveyed their complaint to the governor. Even there is a resident asking to be appointed as a civil servant.

Other documents conveyed about defending Indonesia from Hong Kong's disapprobation. Also document which complained a RW head who never pay the RT head salary in Green Garden, Kedoya Utara Urban Village, Kebon Jeruk Sub-district.

Several foundations also deliver their letter asking for grant related to their activity such as a mountain expedition to Nepal as much as Rp 14 million.
