City Pushes Improvement of Real Sector Economy

The Jakarta Provincial Government keeps boosting Jakarta's economy in the property and retail business sector. Input and suggestions from entrepreneurs are needed to increase fair competition among entrepreneurs.

Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono did it by inviting property and retail business actors to the Jakarta Governor's Official Residence, Jalan Taman Suropati No. 7, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (7/12).

According to him, input and suggestions from entrepreneurs were very useful for economic continuity in Jakarta area.

"Surely, gentlemen's advice is certainly very relevant to conditions in the field, especially the real sector. We, the Jakarta Government, will accommodate, and if there are suggestions, we will follow it up immediately," he expressed.

He admitted that he keeps monitoring business developments in Jakarta. Moreover, the revival of the economy after the Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the business world.

His party also continues to encourage the revival of production activities, especially in sectors that have a large impact.

"The rise of the economy in Jakarta is thanks to business people. I'm sure it is done in various ways and right methods thus it doesn't harm either party. So, now, I don't just work in the field, like going to the market, but hearing suggestions like this and having discussions is clearly very necessary," he explained.
