East Jakarta: 4,816 Vehicles Sanctioned During Lintas Jaya Operation

During its Operation Lintas Jaya from January to July 17, 2023, the East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency recorded and took action against 4,816 vehicles violated traffic rules.

This operation is done every day

Supervision and Control Division Head, Riki Erwinda said from 4,816 vehicles, 1,902 were sanctioned with a ticket dossier, 733 were stopped its operation, and 2,181 were towed.

"This operatio is conducted with changing locations," he expressed, Thursday (7/20).

1,039 Joint Officers Gear Up for 2023 Lintas Jaya Operation

Then during January, 327 vehicles were towed, 476 were sanctioned with a ticket dossier and its operation stopped.

In February, 394 vehicles were towed, 487 were sanctioned with a ticket dossier and its operation stopped.

In March, 345 vehicles were towed, 470 were sanctioned with a ticket dossier and its operation stopped.

In April, 194 vehicles were towed, 193 were sanctioned with a ticket dossier and its operation stopped. In May, 388 vehicles were towed, 433 were sanctioned with a ticker dossier and its operation stopped.

Then in June, 288 vehicles were towed and 354 were sanctioned with a ticket dossier and its operatiob stopped.

Along July 1 to 17, as many as 200 vehicles were towed, 222 were sanctioned with a ticker dossier and its operation stopped.

"This operation is done every day with involving 35 joint personnel of East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency, Traffic Regional Unit, Garnisun, and POM TNI," he stated.
