Pj Gubernur Minta Pelajar di Jakarta Senantiasa Berperilaku Baik

Acting Governor Urges Students in Jakarta to Always Have Good Behavior

Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono urged students in Jakarta to always behave well.

Students who get KJP must really be serious about school

Among other things, this good behavior can be implemented by not getting involved in abuse or using drugs and getting involved in fights.

During a visit to SMPN 188 Jakarta on Jalan Tanah Merdeka, Rambutan Urban Village, Ciracas Sub-district, East Jakarta, he said that for students who were involved in brawls or other criminal acts, their education funding assistance through Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) could be revoked or no longer given.

"We have a commitment that students who get KJP must really be serious about school, if there is a fight I will definitely withdraw," he expressed, Friday (7/21).

He also urged each school principal and teaching staff to monitor and guide the students properly, thus outstanding students were born and seize opportunities in the future.

"So, I'm concerned about education. It is mandatory for the principal to anticipate this. If there is a fight the principal must take responsibility," he explained.

As for the information, in his visit, he immediately greeted the students of class VII D and VII E when they arrived at SMPN 188 Jakarta.

He asked about the daily life of the students at school and after school, from their previous school, including a list of students receiving KJP.

"This is the third visit to the school (after PPDB). Cheerful and all in, this is more disciplined and passionate. Check KJP recipient students. The KJP is based on DTKS and P3KE data. We continuously evaluate educational services," he stated.
