BP BUMD Coaching Agency Head, Nasrudin Djoko Surjono saidthe replacement of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Director Presisent is in accordance with Government Regulation Number 54/2017 on BUMD.

"Regional head who represents the Regional Government in the ownership of separated regional assets (KPM) in regional companies is domiciled as the owner of capital and has authority in appointing and dismissing directors and supervisory boards," he expressed, Thursday (8/3).

He explained he said the submission of the governor's decision regarding the dismissal and appointment of the Board of Directors to Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya had been conducted on July 31, 2023.

"Andira Reoputra was appointed as Director of Pembangunan Sarana Jaya who previously had experience working in East Java BUMD," he explained.

Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya is one of BUMDs whose capital is 100 percent owned by the Jakarta Provincial Government.

The line of business consists of developing the property business that supports the strategies and work programs of the Jakarta Provincial Government and plays an active role in encouraging urban development.

"Hopefully, the new main director is able to run his duties properly, trustworthy, and full of responsibility," he stated.
