City Denies to Give Capital to Five BUMDs

This is misinterpret. Because in 2015, the PMP is never given to PMP this year

The city administration does not include the budget's government investment participation (PMP) to five regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) in the 2015 Draft City Budget (RAPBD) that was evaluated by the Home Ministry.

Head of BUMD Division, Jakarta Investment and Promotion Agency (BPMP), Riyadi said the budget is only attachment and not filed by the city administration this year.

Those five BUMDs that consist of PD Dharma Jaya, PT Ratax Armada, PT Cemani Kota, PT Graha Sahari Surya Jaya, and PT RS Haji Jakarta are attached in accordance with the ministry's request.

"The ministry requested the attachment of the data of PMP receivers until 2013, thus all is included, including five BUMDs," he explained, Monday (3/16).

Riyadi explains the PMP was not given to such BUMDs due to less productive and not reap income for city administration. Even, PT Ratax Armada's shares by 27 percent will be sold. "The shares has been offered everywhere, so there is no PMP," he uttered.

As for the PT RS Haji, he continued, will be granted to Medical Faculty of Indonesian University (UI) thus they would not receive the PMP. Not only that, its value from the draft budget is incorrect. 

"For instance, PT Ratax's PMP, which is attached to the ministry by Rp 5.5 billion, whereas it reaches Rp 1.540 billion. Likewise with PT RS Haji, where the PMP is only Rp 100 billion. But in the draft, it was written about Rp 100 billion," he revealed.

Similar statement also came out from City Secretary, Saefullah. He assessed, the issue is only misinterpretation from Home Ministry. "As the script contents, the 5 BUMDs had received the PMP last year and can no longer to get it this year. While for this year, his party filed PMP to PT Transportasi Jakarta by Rp 1 trillion and Rp 4.62 trillion to PT MRT," he disclosed.

Saefullah admitted he does not know whether the ministry are misread or misinterpret the data of the five BUMDs which had received the PMP's budget thus misunderstanding happened.

"This is misinterpret. Because in 2015, the PMP is never given to PMP this year," he uttered.
