Pedestrian Walkway Revitalization on Sunter River Inspection Road Resumes

The North Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency revitalizes the 400-meter-long pedestrian walkway on the Sunter River Inspection Road, Rawa Badak Utara Urban Village, Koja Sub-district.

It is targeted to be done in the upcoming October

North Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency Head, Ilham Raya said the pedestrian walkway revitalization is a continuation of previous work, where this year's work began in mid-July 2023.

"It is done from the Sunter Timur Pump House to Rawa Badak Park," he expressed, Friday (9/1).

He explained the revitalization of the pedestrian walkway, which is two to three meters wide, uses stamped concrete as the material. It would be equipped with benches, bollards, and interaction spaces in the park area, as well as disabled's guide tiles.

"It is targeted to be done in the upcoming October," he stated.
