Jakarta Prepares Green Zone for Coached MSMEs During CFD

The Jakarta Provincial Government keeps making efforts to create comfort for the community in carrying out activities on Car Free Day (CFD) every weekend.

Therefore, a green zone area for coached MSME traders has been provided, thus they can trade comfortably and orderly during CFD.
Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono said the green zone area for MSMEs, especially coached RWs, had been set from the results of the weekly CFD evaluation by Jakarta Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Agency (PPKUKM) since February 12.

"Therefore, do not sell in the main road area or protocol lanes. This is intended not to interfere with other people's activities," he expressed, Monday (9/4).
Further, the Jakarta Government had also provided an alternative trade on the connecting road area around Jalan Jenderal Sudirman and Jalan MH Thamrin.
"Please maintain cleanliness, including its orderly surroundings for mutual comfort. All get the opportunity to sell and promote their products well," he continued.
Meanwhile, along Jalan Sudirman to Jalan MH Thamrin, it had been designated as a red zone for traders.
As for the green zones that had been designated, namely Jalan Sunda; Jalan Kebun Kacang; Jalan Sumenep; Jalan Pamekasan; Jalan Purworejo, Jalan Blora; Jalan Teluk Betung; Jalan Galunggung; Jalan Kare5 Pasar Baru IIilI; and Jalan Kebon Sirih.
Apart from that, connecting roads had also been conditioned, thus they could become a place for traders, such as on Jalan Kebon Sirih and Jalan Karet Pasar Baru III/V.
