Again, Job Training Held on Untung Jawa Island

The Seribu Islands Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Sub-agency (Nakertransgi) is again holding job training in computer engineering and graphic design at the Untung Jawa Island Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM), South Seribu Islands. It has been ongoing from October 2 to 31, 2023.

Hopefully, they can make good use of the training period

Seribu Islands Nakertransgi Sub-agency Head, Zahrul Wildan said in the job training, there were about 10 participants, consisting of students who have just completed their education and unemployed residents.

"This is one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of workers while minimizing the number of unemployed in Jakarta," he expressed, Friday (10/6).

He explained it had been done 15 times with various types of training. It was expected to be able to improve competence from skills, knowledge, and attitude in the fields of computer engineering and graphic design.

"Hopefully, they can make good use of the training period, thus later they can master the techniques from the training. At the end of the training, they also receive a certificate," he explained.

Untung Jawa Island Urban Village Head, Sidartawan positively welcomed the training. It was deemed effective in creating superior and competitive Human Resources (HR).

"I really hope that they will quickly get the job. So, they can improve their family's economy," he hoped.
