UPRS Region III Service Executing Unit Head, Faisal Rahman said the first stage of relocation for ex-Kampung Bayam residents who moved into the Nagrak Flats came last Tuesday (9/25). In total, as many as 19 heads of families occupied residences after participating in the raffling stage.

Ex-Kampung Bayam Residents: Living in Nagrak Flats is Very Comfortable

"Now, we have added one more family. So, in total, as many as 20 families have taken units and are occupying the Nagrak Flats," he said, Friday (10/6).

Aside that, 10 families were living in the ex-Kampung Bayam who had come to survey the Nagrak Flats.

His party would not complicate the process of taking the unit and moving residents into the Nagrak Cilincing Flats. They simply attach the North Jakarta Mayor's Decree as relocating residents and attach their family card and KTP.

"So far, that's all. Regarding other administrative needs while processing," he asserted.

Papanggo Urban Village Head, Tomi Haryono explained his party already had data from the verification results of the ex-Kampung Bayam residents. If there were additional residents who wanted to be relocated to the Nagrak Flats, his party would make an introduction, thus a decree could be made for the residents to relocate.

"Those who apply can't be outside the verified family card. After receiving the decree letter, they can be taken directly to the Nagrak Flats management," he closed.
