Joint Personnel Remove Political Party Banners in Munjul

Joint personnel from Satpol PP, Elections Supervisory Committee (Panwaslu), and Early Awareness Society Forum (FKDM), removed five expired political party (parpol) banners in the Munjul Urban Village area, Cipayung, East Jakarta, Friday (10/6).

It aims to maintain the beauty and order of the city

Munjul Urban Village Satpol PP Task Force Head, Novel Alexander said apart from expiry, the five political party banners were also in prime areas, which are prohibited locations for placing banners

"They are also installed in restricted areas," he expressed.

According to him, those banners were being temporarily kept at the sub-district office and would then be destroyed.

By so, his party would continue to control banners or other outdoor media that violate Bylaw Number 8/2007 on public order.

"It aims to maintain the beauty and order of the city," he stated.
