Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono accompanied by Jakarta TP PKK Acting Chairwoman, Mirdiyanti attended a Meet and Greet with RPTRA caretakers from all areas of Jakarta.

Please use them for sports activities and community interests

On that occasion, the Acting Governor left a message to all caretakers to continue maintaining the RPTRA, thus residents can use it optimally.

"The RPTRA was built simultaneously in 2016, with the initial process starting in 2014. Please maintain ir, thus our children and grandchildren can continue to use it in the future," he expressed, at Cengkareng Barat Urban Village RPTRA, West Jakarta, Thursday (10/12).

He also urged them to enliven the atmosphere of the RPTRA according to its function, namely to facilitate various community activities, especially children.

"I want you to create a friendly atmosphere for children. Then for those who play sports, as well as mothers and children who are active in any RPTRA, please use them for sports activities and community interests," he adde, in the Jakarta Provincial Government's press release.

Jakarta TP PKK Acting Chairwoman, Mirdiyanti explained the Meet and Greet is held as a forum for familiarity and sharing of experiences from each RPTRA caretaker. Its existence was very important and deserved appreciation, as it had contributed to maintaining these public facilities.

"This meeting was previously held with just a handful of people. However, now we want to invite all RPTRA caretakers throughout Jakarta to stay in touch and share experiences in managing them. We can see their joys and sorrows, so there are lessons we can learn, thus RPTRAs in Jakarta always provide the best service," she concluded.

There was also the performance of art activities and gave appreciation to caretakers in each area. Appreciation is given as a form of appreciation and provides encouragement to them to continue providing the best service to the community.
